Apartment Zlata for 6 persons is situated in a quiet street. The apartment spreads over two floors, ground floor and the 1st floor, whole house for sole use. This spacious apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and the kitchen.

There are also two big terraces available and both of them have view of the sea and the old town. Guests can use air conditioning, free WiFi, Cab Tv and BBQ. Pets are welcome. Deposit of 100 Eur is paid on arrival and refunded on departure. Apartment Zlata is an excellent choice for your holidays with family and friends. Welcome!

Wir sind nun schon zum 5. Mal im gleichen Haus gewesen und fühlen uns immer wieder wie Zuhause. Die Wohnung geht über zwei Ebenen, gleicht schon eher einem eigenen Haus und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Klimatisierung oben und unten war dieses Jahr aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen wirklich toll. Es gibt zwei Terrassen, so dass man immer zwischen einem schattigen und einem Sonnigen Ort wählen kann. Die Lage ist noch recht zentral, der Ortskern von Vrbnik ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Weg zum Stadtstrand ist etwas länger und entsprechend steil - das haben wir aber nur 1x auf uns genommen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

... und werden auch im nächsten Jahr gerne wiederkommen! Das Haus (Wohnung ist hier definitiv untertrieben) ist groß und für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Zwei Badezimmer, drei Schlafzimmer, eine herrliche Dachterrasse und seit dem letzten Jahr oben und unten klimatisiert. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir bei dem perfekten Wetter eigentlich nie genutzt ... ;-) Falls man (auf hohem Niveau) klagen möchte - es könnten etwas mehr (Wein-)Gläser da sein, und in der Küche fehlt eine Spülmaschine. Das ist aber für uns im Urlaub kein Problem. Um es nicht zu vergessen - der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Türe, und in die Garage passt alles, was normalerweise auf / im Auto bleibt oder im Haus Platz wegnimmt (bsp. die Dach- und die Hundebox). Ein netter Vermieter, perfekter Service durch Mare-Tours und penible Sauberkeit runden dieses Objekt noch einmal ab.

Lage etwas ausserhalb, dafür eine schöne Sicht auf das Meer. beide Bäder sind neu renoviert, Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Küche und Wohnzimmer eher einfach und älter. Kühlschrank wurde aber sofort ausgewechselt nachdem er defekt war. Prima Service von Mare Tours und dem Vermieter.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal im Haus Zlata. Neben dem gewohnt guten Service der Agentur Mare Tours hat der Vermieter nun noch eine weitere Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss installiert, was das Haus noch einmal angenehmer macht. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder - hier stimmen Preis/Leistung, Ausstattung, Aufteilung und Lage. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und hochwertig, keine Abnutzungsspuren. Bei Bezug war das Haus blitzblank und sauber.

Das Haus und der Blick auf die Adria waren einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist ist die Lage auf dem Berg und die dadurch extrem engen Gassen die mit Auto nicht einfach zu bewältigen sind.
