Villa Zola is located on a rock rising from the sea. Because of its unique location, this villa is exceptional. Almost every corner of the villa offers a beautiful, panoramic view of the sea and the port of Vrbnik. The neighborhood has a famous viewpoint in Vrbnik, a pizzeria, and a renowned restaurant. It is a few minutes walks to the center of town and the nearby beaches.
The fascinating & spacious, 60 m2 large terrace with a fantastic sea view, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, large rustic table, and barbecue is one of the highlights of the villa Zola.
Villa Zola is ideal for four people. The villa spreads over three floors and has two bedrooms. The bedroom on the top floor has a separate entrance and is connected to the other floors of the villa by external stairs.
The bedroom on the first floor is an open space. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Villa Zola is ideal for four people.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have Sat TV. House Zola also has underfloor heating so you can enjoy it in all seasons. WiFi and Sonos - smart sound system are at your disposal.
