Apartment Petar 1 is situated in a great location - just 30 m away from the beach Zgribnica. This two-bedroom apartment is ideal for families with children. The apartment has a very big terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the old town.

Terrace is equipped with table and chairs, parasol and deck chairs. Free Internet access, air conditioning, Cab Tv and BBQ are available. Private parking is in front of the house. In vicinity of apartment there is also a small pine wood with arranged walking path. Die Lage der Fewo ist hervorragend, direkt an einer schönen Bucht in der man baden und schnorcheln kann. Supermarkt und Innenstadt sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger super ausgestattet und gross. Die riesige Terrasse mit der herrlichen Aussicht ist traumhaft und das Highlight der Wohnung. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Sonnenschutz, es müsste dringend ein Sonnensegel oder ähnliches angebracht werden, denn der kleine Sonnenschirm ist absolut nicht ausreichend und gerade bei Wind kann er nicht aufgespannt werden. Wir haben auf jeden Fall einen ganz tollen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht und können sie weiterempfehlen.

Auf der sehr großen Terasse, von der man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer hat, fehlt eine richtige Überdachung, die Schutz vor Regen, Sonne und Wind bietet !

Die Wohnung ist ideal neben den Badebuchten gelegen. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen min zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Bad wäre eine Dusche angenehmer.

The terrace is just magnificent! But you may need some sunshades to stay there. Street below the terrace might be a little busy during the season, but we stayed in May so it was quiet. Interior was very nice. Kitchen is very well equipped.
