Description

House Paola is a charming newly renovated stone house only 150 m from the sea and Zgribnica - the main beach in Vrbnik. Holiday House Paola can accommodate up to 6 people and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. House Paola is in a great position - just a few minutes walk from the beach and the center.

The house spreads over three floors. On the raised ground floor is a kitchen and living room with a dining area and toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one double room with a balcony and sea view and one single room.

On the second floor, there is a room with a double bed, a bathroom within the room and a large balcony with a picturesque view of the bell tower and the old town. This 150-year-old stone house has been completely renovated and decorated with a lot of attention to detail for your pleasant vacation. You can approach the house by car; parking is free 100 m from the house.

For guests of the house Paola, there is a special offer for renting this year's models of e-bikes with long autonomy - 50% discount on the price & free delivery (for a minimum rental of 2 days).

The house is air-conditioned, in addition to the air conditioner in the living room, there is another air conditioner in the room on the top floor, and the rooms on the middle floor have an air cooler and fan available.

we were satisfied with everything. It is quite close to the old town, to the bakery (only 200 m) and to the beach. Parking can be tricky, the parking place is quite narrow. We had VW Passat and it was a little bit difficult to park, I would not recommend to come with a longer vehicle.

Wir hatten mit der Familie einen schönen Urlaub in der geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft auf 3 Etagen mit 2 Balkonen. Die Badezimmer sind nicht sehr groß waren aber für uns OK. Im Haushalt ist alles vorhanden.Der Weg zum Bäcker und kleinem Supermarkt ist sehr kurz. Auch der Weg zum Meer ist kurz und man findet immer einen Platz. Insgesamt ist der Ort nicht so überlaufen.

We travel quite a lot but Paola villa is the best accommodation we have ever rent: it is all thought through that you feel at home the very first minute. The kitchen is packed with the facilities and grocery and even paper for baking. The location is super: if you turn right you get to the beach in 5 min, if you turn left you get to the main square with bakery, fish market, market and the shops and restaurants in 5 minutes as well. We had splendid time at this home, enjoyed the warm nights at the terraces. We are very grateful for the great memories

Wir haben uns in den liebevoll, eingerichteten Häuschen gleich wohlgefühlt... ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht, sogar ein großer Obstkorb und eine leckere Flasche Wein standen für uns bereit, sehr Aufmerksam.... ???????????? Am besten hat uns die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Vrbnik und der Balkon mit Meerblick gefallen. Wir haben in Vrbnik mit seinen kleinen verträumten Gassen, den tintenblauen Meer einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub verbracht und kommen gerne wieder... ❤️❤️❤️

Das Apartment Paola und der Gastgeber waren perfekt. Es war ein ganzes Haus das sich über 3 Etagen erstreckt und 2 Badezimmer hat. Es bietet Platz für 6 Personen die jeweils zu zweit in den drei Schlafzimmern aufgeteilt werden können. Man könnte auch noch 2 weitere Personen unten im Erdgeschoß auf der Schlafcouch unterbringen. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern 16 Monate und 7 Jahre und zwei Freunden in der Unterkunft. Zur Unterkunft sei gesagt Sie war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, es war sogar eine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war sehr groß mit zwei separaten Eisfächern. Ein Parkplatz steht vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Wir waren mit zwei Autos angereist was auch kein Problem darstellte, da der Gastgeber sich um einen weiteren kostenlosen Parkplatz bei der Parkplatzverwaltung im Ort Vrbnik gekümmert hat und wir konnten das zweite Auto dort parken ohne zusätzliche Parkgebühren zu bezahlen. Danke dafür! Wir schliefen im Dachgeschoß mit unserem 16 Monate alten Baby wo ohne Probleme das Babybett vom Inhaber des Apartments platz fand. Das Dachgeschoß ist perfekt geeignet für eine Familie mit einem kleinen Kind da es über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker usw. sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Restaurants in der Altstadt sind auch in 10 Minuten erreichbar und auch sehr empfehlenswert und auch vom Preis mehr als akzeptabel. Der Strand Zgribnica ist auch fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. An diesem Strand gibt es eine super Strandbar wo man gut Essen und Trinken kann und das zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Wir haben über die Agentur Mare Tours gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über den Ablauf der Buchung und Anreise bis hin zum Check-out. Die Damen dort haben uns Ausflugtipps und gute Strände empfohlen. Um unsere Anliegen und Wünsche wurde sich schnell gekümmert und problemlos gelöst. Alles in allem war der Urlaub in Vrbnik auf der Insel Krk für uns alle sehr schön und wir werden wiederkommen. Ich kann allen Vrbnik empfehlen da es in unseren Augen ein kleiner Geheimtipp ist der nicht von den Touristen überlaufen ist und wir es bereut haben nicht schon früher hierher zu kommen.

Schöne renovierte Wohnung genug Platz für 6 Personen. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Lange schöne Aussicht! Hatte 2 Fahrzeuge ein kleines und ein großes war kein Problem trotz Enge Straßen. Netter und freundlicher Besitzer. Danke!
