Description
Holiday house Nora is a completely renovated house in the old town of Vrbnik. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. This house has a very special location - the entrance side of the house is on an idyllic street of the old town, and the opposite side of the house is overlooking the sea, it is very bright and surrounded by little gardens.
On this side, there is a beautiful 50 m2 large terrace, perfect for relaxed family time, and there are 3 more balconies, too. The house is built on a slope, so at the entrance level, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined together if preferred. Both bedrooms have their own balconies with sea views. On this floor, there is also a bathroom. On the floor below, which is again the ground floor from the seaside there is a large living room with a balcony, kitchen & dining area and a bathroom. On the floor below the living area, there is this big, sunny terrace with a nice sea view. You can reach everything easily on foot, and you can come close to the house by car for taking out the luggage and there is also private parking at your disposal at no extra cost ca 200 m from the house. The house has 3 AC units and if you are coming during the heating season, there is also a pellet fireplace in the living room and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
