Apartment Maver 1 is a new and modernly decorated apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for families with children or couples.

It is located on the ground floor of a family house and consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen & dining area, and with exit to a balcony overlooking the sea and the old town of Vrbnik and 2 bathrooms. Guests can use a fully equipped kitchen, satellite television, Wi-Fi internet access, and air conditioning. This modern apartment with a fantastic sea view is an excellent choice for your stay on the island of Krk!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Wohnung sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das einzige was wir ein kleines bisschen vermisst haben war eine Garderobe ;-) Hervorheben möchte ich auch den perfekten Service in der Agentur! Sehr nette junge Frauen, perfekte Deutschkenntinsse - die Abwicklung war ausserordentlich gut! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!

Wir waren vor 6 Jahren schon einmal in Vrbnik und haben deswegen auch wieder über Mare Tours eine Unterkunft gesucht und gefunden. Nach der Reservierungsbestätigung durch Mare Tours bekamen wir eine reizende Mail von Dina Antic, die uns mitteilte, dass wir keine Buchungsgebühr zu zahlen hätten, da wir schon einmal Gäste waren! So etwas klappt noch nicht einmal in einem Hotel in Südtirol, wo wir manchmal 2x im Jahr hinfahren. Das nenne ich Kundenbetreuung. Genauso angenehm war die Begrüßung durch die Hausherrin Andrea, die uns alles zeigte und uns auch noch eine Flasche des dortigen Weißweins Zlahtina überreichte, so nett. Das Appartment war so, wie wir es auf der Internetseite gesehen hatten, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einem tollen Blick auf die Altstadt von Vrbnik und der Adria. Es sind nur 250m zum Marktplatz, allerdings muss man schmale, steile Strassen mögen. Alles kein Problem für uns, da wir auch auf Brac enge Gässchen haben :-) Wir können diese Unterkunft und Mare Tours wärmstens empfehlen. Joachim Lauerbach & Barbara Böhme

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Der Handtuchwechsel und Bettwäsche Wechsel war ohne Probleme und alles sehr sauber und frisch. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und die Küche mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist groß und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und Vrbnik. Die Gegend ist ruhig und abends weht meist ein angenehmer Wind. Die Eigentümer wohnen mit im Haus und sind sehr nett. Einzigstes Manko ist die Lage zur Stadt. Das Haus liegt oben am Berg und man muss eine ganze Weile steil bergab und später zurück steil bergauf laufen. Für Menschen mit wenig Kondition oder schlecht zu Fuß oder mit Kinderwagen ist es wirklich eine Herausforderung. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung aber absolut empfehlen.

Die Wohnun ist traumhaft schön, alles war sehr sauber und die Vermieter die im selben Haus wohnen waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.
