Learn how to make šurlice, a traditional pasta speciality, which used to be made only for big celebrations and festivities.
Join us at the DUBoak Maritime Heritage Interpretation Center in Malinska and along with the new knowledge and skills of making this local pasta, enjoy a glass of local wine.
Participants will be able to take with them the šurlice they made during the workshop, the recipe, and a DUBoak apron.

- The 1.30-hour workshop takes place every Tuesday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
