CMAS Diving Course – Your First Step into the Underwater World

Course Structure

Theory Lessons – The Fundamentals of Diving

Before diving into the water, you’ll begin with 5 hours of theoretical instruction, where you’ll learn:

✔ Buoyancy control, underwater navigation, and dive planning
✔ Breathing techniques and equalization methods

This foundation will ensure you dive with confidence and safety.

Confined Water Dive – First Steps Underwater

Your first dive will take place in a shallow and controlled environment, allowing you to:

✔ Practice basic diving skills in a stress-free setting
✔ Build confidence before heading into open water

This session prepares you for real diving experiences in the sea.

Open Water Dives – Exploring the Marine World

Following your confined water dive, you’ll participate in 5 open water dives, where you’ll:
