✔ No catering facilities are available, but the info center provides refreshments and souvenirs.
✔ Pets are not allowed inside the caves, but a secure pet kennel is available for their safekeeping.
✔ Free parking is available, with a 500-meter educational walking trail leading from the parking lot to the caves.
