We continue our journey to Plavnik, a small secluded islet famous for its griffon vultures that nest on its steep cliffs. Plavnik is home to 31 species of birds, and if you're lucky, you might even spot dolphins swimming in these waters.

Exploring the Blue Cave

One of Plavnik’s most stunning natural attractions is the Blue Cave. You will enter the cave by swimming through a narrow passage, where the sunlight creates mesmerizing shades of blue.

After visiting the Blue Cave, we stop at the picturesque Krušija Bay, just a few minutes away, for a relaxing break and swimming.
✔ There is no restaurant in Krušija Bay, but you can bring a picnic – there are benches and tables in the shade of pine trees.
✔ Alternatively, you can order lunch on board.

Predivan jednodnevni izlet. Preporučujem ga svima koji žele vidjeti predivne uvale na koje je moguće doći isključivo brodom. Kapetan i domaćica broda su jako ljubazni i stoje na raspolaganju za sva pitanja :)

The boat tour was great, we had a chance to stop and swim at 3 different places, got to feed the seagulls and we even managed to see a few vultures! We were lucky to have our crew, as none of the key stops, such as the Blue Cave or the Golden Beach were overly crowded, thanks to their experience and time management. I would recommend to order the lunch on the boat: Inez is a fantastic chef, we honestly thought that the fish was excellent, the best we had in a very long time. Absolutely amazing! We had a leisurely lunch on the boat in a little bay, which was great. 7 hours could seem a long time for a boat trip, but we thought that it was a great day out with lovely people and delicious food - would highly recommend it to everyone!

What a tour! First we had to ask Mare tours if it was possible to postpone our booked tour because of sickness, which was no problem. Very kind on the phone they contacted the captain and arranged the tour for the next day. The next day we had to call again because it looked like we wouldn’t get to the port in time due to a horrible crash on the way which led to jammed traffic. They again informed the captain that we might be late or wouldn’t be there at all. In that case we would have gotten a tour within the next days. Wow! We made it in time and we’re welcomed by a very friendly captain. Soon the tour started with a slow but sturdy fishing boat. We sat in the front which was fun, since we gotten by the waves and were wet to the bones within 15 minutes. With us on board there we’re about 20-30 people. More could be too much. The stops were very well chosen with enough time to swim, jump from the boat, snorkel or view the landscape. When stopping there was good music, at Start we got a Grappa and the cold beverage policy relied on trust: u took the drink of ur choice out oft the cooking box and put the money in another box. The lunch break was the longest stop and it smelled amazing when waiting for the food to be prepared. The fish was stunningly good and the meat was delicious too. On the way back the see was very quiet, we saw birds getting fed with our left overs and at 6.30 on we arrived happy in krk. Very friendly crew, good stops, good food, and a stunning price-to-value ratio! Would donut again just to escape the crowded beaches and have a peaceful swim on my own. 11/10

Der Ausflug hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr schön, dass auf dem Schiff nicht so viele Passagiere waren. Es war ausreichend Platz um die Sitzplätze zu wechseln. Es wurde alles sehr gut erklärt, wohl auf Englisch. Sehr nette, freundliche, hilfsbereite und lustige Crew. Die Stopps waren alle sehr schön, zum Schnorcheln wirklich sehr schön. Wir hatten immer sehr viel Glück, dass wir die Plätze für eine Zeit für uns alleine halten, so konnte man es sehr genießen. Fazit: Der Ausflug hat unserer Familie ( 2 Erw. / 2 Teens) sehr gut gefallen.

Eine nette Crew an Bord der kleinen Doria. Der Ausflug war gut organisiert und die Ziele gut ausgesucht. Das Essen (Dorade) war lecker. Wir hatten sogar das Glück Gänsegeier zu sehen. Wunderbar!! Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Tag an dem wir viel Spaß hatten. Klare Weiterempfehlung!!

Wirklich ein toller Tagesausflug! Mitte September und statt 35 möglichen Personen an Bord waren wir nur zu neunt. Sehr angenehm, nachdem alle anderen Ausflugsschiffe sehr belegt waren. Die Strände sind wirklich schön, die Bootsfahrt war insgesamt für das Geld ein super Erlebnis!

Boat trip via Mare tours. We had a very nice and funny day on the boat Doria, starting from Krk., with super captain and his Crew. Nice trip and relevant information regarding places and nature nearby (dolphins not seen this time). Nice time was spent within swimming breaks, beautiful bays and beaches. Because of big waves we was not able to visit Golden beach but captain take us to another place Blue lagoon. He also responsibly drove us back over the waves to the port. Really perfect trip for people (all ages) who like to swim and love to explore the see. Thank you (our video on their instagram).

We didn't knew the boat nor the staff but we found an entertaining and professional Captain with his skipper, as good as he. Der Ausflug hat uns wahnsinnig viel Spaß gemacht, wir haben viel gesehen und es wurde auch viel erklärt. Der Kapitän und seine Crew sind einfach toll! Sie gehen auf ihre Gäste ein und achten sehr darauf, dass es allen gut geht. Die Grotte ist sehenswert, jedoch sollten die Kinder zumindest mit Schwimmhilfen schwimmen können. Das Essen an Board war wirklich lecker. Zum Schluss durften die Kinder sogar beim Kapitän sitzen und das Steuer mit halten. Ein rundum gelungener Ausflug! Vielen Dank dafür!!!!!

He had humour , but also responsability , With three important rules , we had a safe trip on the big waves .He also did the cooking himself , his staff helped serving and preparing : vega, meat or fresh fish ( extra Costs) We recommand this trip To All people , young and old, who like to swim and love To explore the see: we saw a lot of the wild nature ( helas no dolphins this day) , visited a nice cave and Beautiful beaches ( swimming shoes advised!) . Wir können diese Tour nur empfehlen. Es hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht und wir haben die Zeit an Bord sehr genossen. Der Kapitän ist ein sehr freundlicher Geselle, welcher wirklich sich darum gekümmert hat, das sich alle an Bord wohl fühlen. Auch sein Helfer stand ihm in nichts nach. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis die Gänsegeier zu sehen, in die blaue Grotte zu schwimmen oder am goldenen Strand. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Essen an Bord. Der Fisch ist köstlich. Für ganz kleine Kinder würden wir den Ausflug nicht empfehlen. Sie sollten schon gut selbst schwimmen können, da es vom Boot aus per Sprung oder Leiter ins Meer geht, außer in 1 Bucht dort wird am Kai angelegt Ansonsten ist es für Schwimmer ein tolles Erlebnis, Schnorchelausrüstung nicht vergessen!

Wir wollten unbedingt ein zweites Mal den Golden Beach sehen und haben diese Tour gebucht, wobei wir das Glück hatten, dass nur 16 statt max. 35 Personen an Board waren. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Offenheit und Warmherzigkeit des Kapitäns (Bart, Tätowierungen) und dessen Engagement an Board. Zu empfehlen ist der herrliche gegrillte Fisch, den wir zu Mittag auf dem Boot genossen haben! Übrigens war auch unsere knapp 4-jährige Tochter mit von der Partie! Sie war sehr relaxed während der 7 Stunden! Für den Golden Beach fehlen uns die Worte! Ein Geschenk, ihn erleben zu dürfen! Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Tag am Meer!

Gemütlicher Ausflug. Für die Kinder sehr aufregend. Bei der Wahl Fleisch oder Fisch unbedingt Fisch!! War sehr gut. Taucherbrille nicht vergessen.

Zunächst die Enttäuschung - ein Anruf, das Boot ist kaputt. Aber wir wurden auf ein anderes Boot mit gleicher Strecke umgebucht, 30 Minuten später soll es losgehen - so konnten wir Krk Stadt noch etwas anschauen. Die Fahrt war sehr schön, wir haben die Gänsegeier auf Plavnik sehen können und schön Baden können. Das Essen unbedingt dazubuchen (ca. 75 KN), es war sehr lecker und frisch auf dem Grill zubereitet, es gab Fisch, Fleisch oder Vegetarische Menüs. Auch das Begrüßungsgetränk (Eistee, Cola, Schnaps) war sehr lecker. Anschließend gab es Getränke im Verkauf. Kleiner Wehmutstropfen: Die Blaue Grotte ist Mittags nicht wirklich blau, dazu müsste man vorort sein, wenn die Sonne tief steht.

Izlet je točno onakav kako je opisano u ponudi, stvarno prekrasni prizori i doživljaj koji se neda opisati. Jedino što bi se moglo nadodati u opis Vaše ponude je da se dolaskom na brod može dogovoriti ručak za taj dan (nudi se mesni ili riblji meni plus desert), te da se na brodu mogu kupiti hladna pića.

Der Captain war super nett und total engagiert!! Das Essen an Board war auch lecker. Es war an den Schwimmpausen immer genug Zeit eingeplant. Es waren etwas zu viele Menschen auf dem Boot, lieber hätten wir ein bißchen mehr gezahlt aber dafür eine kleinere Gruppe gehabt. Aber es war ein toller Tag auf dem Meer.

Ein durch und durch gelungener Ausflug... Die 7 Stunden Bootsfahrt vergingen wie im Fluge, die Strände sind traumhaft und die Badepausen großzügig eingeplant. Auf jeden Fall sollte man das Mittagessen mitbuchen... Das ganze Team hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Ich würde diesen Ausflug allerdings nur sicheren Schwimmern empfehlen, da es insbesondere zur Blauen Grotte ein Stück über das Meer zu schwimmen gilt.

Escursione fantastica, molto di più di quanto mi aspettassi. Il mare è incantevole in tutte le spiagge in cui ci siamo fermati. La grotta blu è uno spettacolo della natura. Emozionanti anche i grifoni e il bagno a Golden bay. Staff molto disponibile e simpatico. La consiglio a tutti.

Wirklich zu empfehlen. Auch das Essen ist gut und sollte auf jeden Fall mitgebucht werden, wenn man selbst nichts dabei hat, da es keine Möglichkeit gibt anderweitig Essen zu kaufen. Der Goldstrand ist einmalig schön und baden vom Boot aus ein super Erlebnis.
